"I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Your works are wonderful,  I know that full well." Psalm 139: 14

Youth Councils is coming to AOK April 7th-9th! We are looking forward to a great time of worship, fellowship, and growth in Christ. This year's theme is "Wired", and it is taken from Psalm 139:14. We will be focusing on the fact that we are created to serve the Lord and worship Him, and wired for a purpose. We are excited to welcome back Damien Horne! He will be MC'ing our Art Auction Cafe and ministering with us throughout the weekend. Check out a few other imporant and exciting things below!

A few things to keep in mind:

Counselors: We are asking every corps to nominate a male and female from their corps who can serve as councilors. This is done on your registration.

Saturday Afternoon Activities: Sign up for these in the online registration. Everyone will have the opportunity to participate in three activities. Scroll down for a full list!

Art Auction for Oversees Child Sponsorship: This is our second annual Art Auction to benefit Overseas Child Sponsorship. We are inviting all artists from the division to bring your framed artwork to be a part of the auction. All visual artwork is accepted (photography, paintings, pottery, etc.) We would love for you to bring your artwork during DARTS. Last year we raised $400.00, and we hope to double that amount this year! We have invited the barista from The Salvation Army Inman House Coffee Shop (KT Division) to be our barista for the weekend.

Costume Ball: On Saturday evening, we will be hosting a Costume Ball! Encourage your delegates to wear whatever appropriate costumes that they would like. They can even come in matching costumes!

DArts groups: If you participate in Cherokee Brass, Dance, Drama, the Divisional Praise Team, and the Divisional Youth Praise Team, you are on duty! Come prepared with the items you are preforming, and be in prayer that God will use you in a powerful way as you minister to your peers.

We invite you to be in prayer for yourself and all who are coming to Youth Councils. Pray that God will begin preparing us even now as we ponder what it means to be Wired to serve Christ and have a relationship with Him.
