TMI Travel and Webcast Info

TMI is just a few days away! Please see the following info regarding travel:

Plan on meeting at camp on Friday, July 22nd, at 11:30 AM. The bus will depart at noon. We will meet in the parking lot. Please plan on eating lunch before you arrive.
We will return from TMI on Sunday, July 31st between 6:30 and 7:00 PM. Please plan on picking up your delegates at this time.
Delegates should bring enough money to pay for two meals (one on the way there and one on the way back).
All delegates must fill out the permission waiver form attached to this email and turn it in to me.
If other travel arrangements have been made for your delegates, please let us know.
All delegates must have a permission waiver and medical form. Your corps officer has been contacted and knows which forms each delegate requires.

TMI Soloist Recital at 8:00 PM

TMI Final Concert Part 1 at 3:00 PM CST

(Break for dinner)

TMI Final Concert Part 2 at 6:30 PM CST

A 30 minute "Pre-Show" will precede each event when delegates staff and guests will be interviewed.
