Applications for TMI are now live! The Territorial Music Institute is an incredible opportunity for artists in the Salvation Army. The instruction is world class, the Bible studies are powerful, and the experience of being in the performing groups is profound. This year, we are excited to announce that our special guest is none other than Mr. Stephen Bulla! Mr. Bulla is the retired Staff Arranger to "The President's Own" United States Marine Band and Chamber Orchestra in Washington DC.
