Travel Information

We will need your delegates to arrive at Camp Heart O’ Hills between 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm on Saturday, July 22, 2023. The arrival window is strict, as there is a rental group on camp.

  • We will stay the night in cabins at Camp Heart O' Hills and then leave by charter bus for Asbury University at 8:00 am on Sunday, July 23, 2023. 

  • We are asking that the delegates pack an extra overnight bag for their stay at Camp Heart O’ Hills as we will need to store their luggage for TMI separately (we will have limited mobility on camp due to rentals).

  • All delegates will need to plan to pay for their own meals (four total) while traveling to and from TMI.

  • We will return to Camp Heart O’ Hills on Monday, July 31, 2023 at 7:00 pm.  Please plan on meeting the bus at 7 pm to transport your delegates home.

  • All delegates need to make sure they have everything they need for TMI (instruments, uniforms, etc.) before we leave as it will be difficult to manage this after we leave camp.
